Nurse Care Coordinator
About the JobNorthwell Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in our residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a permanent, full-time job with a 35-hour schedule, Monday through Friday (8a-4p or 9a-5p). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse and a valid New York State Driver's License.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $113,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized health care plans for residents
- Provide training to staff on medical administration, personal hygiene, and basic first aid
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure residents' needs are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in New York State
- Valid New York State Driver's License
