About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Torrid. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience that drives customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their shopping experience.
  • Utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and meet sales targets.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment, ensuring visual standards are met.
  • Assist in the organization of the stockroom and support inventory management processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts.
  • Able to lift, pack, and unpack shipments, as well as move store fixtures and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other equipment.
