Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing healthcare construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project estimates.
  • Direct and supervise the work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as work in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.
  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs and revenue, as well as ensuring adherence to project estimates.
  • Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
  • Coordinate with the construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project, including RFI logs and change orders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare construction as a project manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction science, management, or a related field.
  • Ability to successfully manage all aspects of multifamily projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
  • Collaboration with the superintendent to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
