Job Title: Bowl Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bowl Barista to join our team at Palmetto Superfoods in Palo Alto. As a Bowl Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and healthy acai bowls and superfood smoothies for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve acai bowls and superfood smoothies to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and lobby areas
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations
  • Operate a point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
