Job Overview

Brunel is currently seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to manage the administration of contracts for assigned projects from conception through execution and completion.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and reviews contract requests, supporting one or more specialized areas requiring in-depth knowledge.
  • Issues Service Orders against appropriate project cost codes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identifies and resolves process and supplier performance issues through collaboration with multiple parties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and five years' experience in Supply Chain or related fields, or
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related fields and three years' experience in Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
