Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Oak Park Dental LLC. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct oral health exams, including head and neck/oral cancer exams, to identify potential health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and promote optimal oral health.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and fluoride use.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques, technologies, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Alabama.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
