We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Start Up Team, which will travel to new locations within the company.

Role Overview

This PTA role involves attending rollout meetings, assisting with training and orientation of staff, implementing company processes and systems, and providing patient care.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel throughout the Midwest for 8-13 week periods.

Responsibilities
  • Attend rollout meetings to support the rollout of new sites
  • Assist with training and orientation of staff
  • Implement company processes and systems
  • Provide patient care
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Must have, or be eligible for, State Licensure in the state(s) in which you will provide therapy services
  • Must be able to travel throughout the Midwest, typically for 8-13 week periods

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
