**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team near Minneota, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services, developing personalized treatment plans, and promoting independence and functional improvement for clients of all ages.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique challenges and goals.
  • Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of conditions, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to improve daily living skills, promoting self-sufficiency and confidence.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license, with experience in providing occupational therapy services, particularly in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each client, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

**What We Offer:
