Job Description

A talented Mid-Level Clinician is sought by ENT Partners to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. This rewarding role involves managing ENT patients, collaborating with physicians and managers to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

  • Partner with Medical Director on clinical protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive physical, cognitive, and functional exams.
  • Order diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Perform minor procedures.
  • Develop and execute patient treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the ENT clinic staff.
Responsibilities
  1. Assume primary responsibility for patient care in the ENT department.
  2. Coordinate patient treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with ENT specialists to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ENT specialty.
  • Endoscopy expertise a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
