A talented Mid-Level Clinician is sought by ENT Partners to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. This rewarding role involves managing ENT patients, collaborating with physicians and managers to deliver high-quality, efficient care.
- Partner with Medical Director on clinical protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive physical, cognitive, and functional exams.
- Order diagnostic testing as needed.
- Perform minor procedures.
- Develop and execute patient treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with the ENT clinic staff.
- Assume primary responsibility for patient care in the ENT department.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with ENT specialists to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ENT specialty.
- Endoscopy expertise a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
