About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a nurse with our organization, you will have the opportunity to advance your skill set and work comfortably and confidently in the homecare setting.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current MMR, VAR, and TDAP.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
