Job Title: Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met.
  • Participate in PI/QC activities and responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Requirements:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
  • ARRT-R certification.
  • Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
  • Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • A can-do, team-oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
  • Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
