Perficient is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Alliance Manager to join our team. This role will serve as the key advocate for Salesforce, aligning partner and Perficient SMEs and field sellers to drive growth together.

This position's overall goal is to establish and maintain a strong partnership with Salesforce, establishing this partnership as a key demand generation channel for Perficient. We have a measured path to recognize the influence of alliance with our partners, and strong marketing support to drive joint events and GTMs.

As a key relationship manager, you will establish, enhance, and maintain broad and deep, collaborative relationships with vendor-partners at all levels. You will understand partner organization, roles, and individuals, as well as how our partner values their channel partners and what their expectations are of their partners.

You will drive partner executive-level engagement with key internal stakeholders, identify, cultivate, and drive new business opportunities that facilitate long-term growth through co-innovating, co-marketing, and co-selling with aligned partners.

You will work jointly with Partner Marketing, and strategic partners to identify mutually beneficial go-to-market opportunities, momentum, and business around company solution areas. You will distribute Perficient services offers and program collateral through sales and alliance to the partner channel.

You will communicate Perficient news and wins to the Salesforce community and conversely broadcast Salesforce platform updates/programs to our sellers and delivery teams. You will identify demand gen opportunities through field-level conversations and work with marketing and lead development reps to support in-territory events and initiatives.

You will maintain and grow our partner status with Salesforce partners with service delivery designations, specializations, competencies, and program cooperation. You will create and track individual alliance performance metrics and measurements.

You will maintain appropriate level of communication with partner and co-manage Geo relationships.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience within Salesforce ecosystem required.
  • Demonstrated track record developing and managing partnerships and driving partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel, and marketing skills.
  • Prior Professional Services/Consulting experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Must be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and motivated to sell and drive revenue.
  • Must reside near an existing Perficient office as this is a hybrid role.
