We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Physician to join our team in the Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan. As a Supervising Physician, you will serve as a team leader for a pod of clinical staff, providing support and guidance to optimize clinical skills, efficiency, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for community healthcare. If you are a motivated and compassionate physician looking to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and chart review to clinical staff
  • Manage and panel patients with a reduced template of patient visits
  • Assure the highest quality of care, as evidenced in clinical outcome metrics
  • Enforce compliance with clinical duties and promote health equity for patients
  • Offer formal and informal trainings to clinical staff and teach clinical learners
Requirements:
  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency program
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
  • At least 3 years of experience in community healthcare
