Overview

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. This Level I Trauma and Stroke Center is part of NYC Health + Hospitals, a comprehensive health system dedicated to providing high-quality care to all New Yorkers, regardless of their ability to pay.

The Department of Emergency Medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln is seeking a skilled physician to join our faculty. As an Emergency Medicine attending, you will supervise clinical activities in the emergency department and work collaboratively with nurses, NPs, PAs, residents, and fellows to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients presenting to the Emergency Department
  • Providing bedside and traditional teaching to students, residents, and fellows
  • Participating in departmental or hospital committee or administrative tasks as assigned by the department chair
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be credentialed as an Emergency Medicine Physician
  • Be board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine
  • Hold a valid license to practice in NYS
  • Have a DEA license

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Successful completion of an ACGME-approved residency in Emergency Medicine
