About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Albany, NY. This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, customer service, or client intake, preferably within a legal setting. They will be responsible for prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Deals
    • Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Collect essential potential new client information and accurately enter it into our CRM system.
    • Pre-screen potential clients to determine if their legal needs align with our practice areas and jurisdictions.
    • Explain our services, pricing, and processes to prospective clients.
  • Sales & Lead Conversion
    • Use consultative sales techniques to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations.
    • Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a high show rate for consultations.
    • Track and manage leads through each stage of the sales funnel, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns, answering client questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the intake process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client intake.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with legal services, terminology, or prior experience working in a law firm is a plus.
