Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our educational team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with students, parents, educational administrators, and support staff through both verbal and written channels.
- Provide expert consultation to school personnel and families regarding the development of speech and language and its relevance to academic success.
- Engage in collaborative school-based teams focused on students with speech and language requirements.
- Exhibit proficiency in utilizing both formal and informal assessment tools to evaluate student needs.
- Identify students who qualify for speech and language services based on individual assessments and established criteria.
- Prepare comprehensive oral and written reports that are clear and concise, adhering to recommended formats and timelines.
- Design and implement tailored goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and Service Plans that align with students' documented needs.
- Apply evidence-based intervention strategies, differentiated instructional methods, and assistive technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Maintain precise records of speech-language services and therapy logs, documenting student progress with relevant data.
- Accurately complete Third Party billing within designated timelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities related to the field of speech-language pathology.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
