Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your advanced expertise to guide pharmacy technicians in order fulfillment and related tasks.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily operations within the pharmacy.
- Step in to support lead technicians as needed.
- Engage in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives both within and outside the department.
- Facilitate staffing for pharmacy technician roles and provide training for new hires, while identifying ongoing training needs for experienced staff.
- Manage inventory processes, including cycle counts, new drug additions, and reverse distribution.

Qualifications:
