Pharmacy Technician

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with physicians and patients to complete profiles, accurately order medications, and address patient questions by phone.
- Use your problem-solving skills to help patients overcome medication coverage issues and get the treatment they need.
- Collaborate with patients and doctors to research medication-related issues and provide solutions.
- Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- 1 year of order entry experience required.
- High School Diploma/GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with patients.
- This is a phone-based position; candidates must be comfortable with high-volume calls to patients and providers.

We offer comprehensive management services, including outcomes measurement, counseling, clinical care management programs, social services, and reimbursement services. As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives every day.
As a remote employee, you'll need a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload, obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider.
