- Execute the physician's prescribed care plan
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Promote health and educate family members
- Manage verbal orders from physicians and ensure co-signature from the Case Manager
- Communicate with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and Case Manager regarding any client issues or changes in condition
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Assist patients with transportation to and from school
- Must possess and maintain an active, unencumbered nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification from recognized organizations
- Recent TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation is required
- Fingerprinting may be necessary
