Job Title: Medical Device Molding Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Molding Technician to join our team at DemeTECH Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection-molding machines to produce high-quality medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Operate injection-molding machines to produce medical devices in compliance with customer specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal production.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure continued quality production.
- Inspect parts according to control plans and work instructions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report work, scrap, and rejects in the IT system to maintain accurate records.
- Analyze process issues and provide input for work orders to improve tool and equipment maintenance.
- Address safety issues immediately to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in secondary operations as needed, such as post-cure and sorting.
- Restock raw materials as needed to maintain efficient production.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills to work with team members and management.
- Judgment and decision-making skills to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
