- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients, ensuring a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers.
- Conduct market research and analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor the sales process and document follow-up activities by tracking all interaction details in our CRM system.
- Perform due diligence on properties, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order and that the sale is completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with our Acquisitions Manager to develop and implement strategies to grow our business and increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
- Requires a passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality.
- 1+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
