Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including pneumatic control systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Ability to perform general building maintenance and repairs.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current driver's license required.
  • Willingness to supplement on-the-job training and professional development.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPA Refrigeration certification a plus.
