Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

  • Support process owners and teams in defining, documenting, measuring, analyzing, and improving business processes.
  • Generate comprehensive process documentation to facilitate operational success.
  • Oversee the delivery of system requirements to ensure alignment with operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Understand regulatory compliance and risk management within the energy sector.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering value.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for process-oriented stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Encourage collaboration among internal and external teams to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Expertise in Oracle ERP, particularly in supply chain management and field operations.
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices relevant to the energy industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
