National Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking a National Strategic Accounts Manager to meet our corporate objectives by developing and executing the departmental sales plan focused on key accounts. This role will provide application specific solutions, deliver on annual sales and margin goals, and provide vision and direction for growth with departmental staff and Sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops executive annual tactical sales plans for each key chain account.
- Develops and maintains corporate relationships with key chain accounts, resulting in achieving annual sales and margin goals.
- Conducts Storage Optimization assessments with key chain accounts resulting in the development and sales of new application-based solutions.
- Prepares and presents assessment reports and quotes for key chain accounts.
- Identifies additional chain accounts to target and penetrate.
- Conducts regular business reviews with all key chain accounts.
- Prepares sales/marketing/support materials and trains key chain account staff, dealers, and rep personnel.
- Assembles product and attends Trade Shows/Conventions as required.
- Provides clear communication to sales and operations staff in regard to key account issues, spikes, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remain alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.
- Other duties, as assigned.
