Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at one of our branch offices. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative assistance to management and performing various tasks related to office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management with all aspects of administrative functions, including correspondence, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies and materials within budget.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment and machines.
  • Manage manual checkbook, petty cash, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Answer telephone calls, transfer messages, and provide customer service as needed.
Requirements
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and email.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
