Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our team as an emerging leader in kitchen remodeling projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide hands-on leadership and contribute to the growth and success of our start-up franchise.
Responsibilities- Lead kitchen remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, communication, and craftsmanship.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our franchise, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Experience in kitchen cabinet installation, with a focus on cabinet refacing and installation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and sub-contractors.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A clean driving record and the ability to drive to customer locations.
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
