About the Role

Tire Discounters is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Serve as the customer service sales representative for wheels, tires, and accessories across 3rd party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.). Identify opportunities to help increase BWT sales via the various eCommerce platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators used by 3rd party selling marketplaces to ensure a positive selling and buying experience, as well as monitor sales channel health and fight all claims/chargebacks. Highlight issues/trends and escalate to manager, as appropriate.
  • Listing Optimization: Partner with various 3rd party platforms to improve listings to achieve top rated seller (e.g., Walmart BOW eBay store, Amazon, etc.)
  • Customer Support: Perform customer service activities by assisting eCommerce customers via phone call and email to include handling claims, customer questions/inquiries and concerns.
  • Order Management: Process orders to include entry, tracking and updating in multiple 3rd party platforms. Complete all returns and supply return labels for customers to assist with their experience with Performance Discounters.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Monitor shipments and store transfers to support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

  • Multi-Tasking: Acute multi-tasker and ability to project calm under duress
  • Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate Computer, Microsoft Office concentrating in Outlook, and Excel
Education and Work Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service role
  • E-commerce Experience: E-commerce role is beneficial, but not required
  • Automotive Knowledge: Automotive tire and wheel knowledge, beneficial but not required
