Position Description:
This is a part-time position available on select weekdays with the possibility of additional flexible hours. Your primary duties will include guiding patients, aiding with documentation, supporting physicians during assessments, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Guide patients to examination rooms and ensure their comfort
  • Assist patients with necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Accurately complete all required documentation
  • Effectively communicate with patients and team members
  • Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures
  • Monitor and track patient tests and outcomes
  • Restock and maintain supplies in examination areas
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions regularly
Education/Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Certification as a Medical Assistant or LPN is preferred. Prior experience in a clinical environment is beneficial. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality is crucial.

Desirable Qualifications:
Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer operations are essential.

Physical Demands:
This position requires effective communication, the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks. Good vision and manual dexterity are necessary for this role.
