Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a menu of creative cocktails that showcase our spirits selection
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to create pairing menus and special promotions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge with the team to drive innovation and excellence
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in staff training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Experience in beverage recipe development and staff education
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
  • Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
