Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to treatment plans prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document resident responses to care plans, administering medications as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, adhering to company systems and procedures.
  • LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
