The Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team at Everett Center in Everett, WA. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough resident evaluations to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
