Hair Salon Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Leader to join our team at SmartStyle by YSG. As a Salon Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of talented stylists, contributing to the growth and success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and resolve challenges with professionalism
• Bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and keeping the salon's bottom line in mind
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall salon experience

Requirements:

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Tech-savviness with the ability to perform administrative tasks
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
