As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in establishing and implementing policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining the standards of care for the unit. You will also be responsible for reviewing resident records, monitoring overall care, and addressing any questions or concerns brought forward by residents or their families. If you have a strong background in long-term care and charge nurse experience, we encourage you to apply. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and a valid State RN License.
