Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our team as a Unit Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in mentoring and guiding our nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining the standards of care for the unit. **Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
* Mentor and guide less experienced nurses
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care

**Requirements:**

* Current RN license in the state of New York
* 3 years of experience in long-term care
* 2 years of experience as a charge nurse
* Strong communication and leadership skills
