Role Overview and Purpose

This transitional fellowship aims to aid experienced nurses in transitioning to acute care positions, particularly those with over 12 months of experience but lacking recent acute care experience or looking to switch nursing specialties.

Responsibilities, Requirements, and Salary
  • Minimum 1+ year of current registered nursing experience required.
  • Current RN license in California and AHA BLS/AHA ACLS certifications needed.
  • Dependent on department requirements, additional certifications may be necessary.
Compensation Package and Benefits

Hourly salary range: $55.06 - $73.44, based on experience and location.

Program Requirements and Commitments
  • Complete the entire program with a perfect attendance record.
  • Work three days a week following the initial 12 weeks of residency.
  • Flexibility to work or train on various shifts, including nights and holidays.
  • Agreement to adhere to the program's terms and conditions.
