We are currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Full Scope Home Care Solutions LLC. As a Care Coordinator, you will work directly with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disorders (IDD) and Autism, providing essential services to support their well-being and community integration.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This role involves working 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and night shifts. Supplemental pay types include bonus pay and paid certifications and trainings.

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate degree or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, counseling, social work, gerontology, or related fields. You should also have NADD Competency-Based Clinical Certification, NADD Competency-Based Dual Diagnosis Certification, NADD Competency-Based Direct-Support Professional Certification, Registered Behavior Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Experience in IDD/Autism is preferred, but not required.

Our company provides comprehensive assessments to identify participant needs, develops and implements strategies to support participants based on assessments, provides interventions and training to participants, staff, parents, and caregivers, and assists participants in acquiring, maintaining, and improving skills for community living and independence.
