Role Summary

In the capacity of a Residential Support Specialist, you will assist individuals with disabilities in achieving successful living arrangements and active participation in their communities. Your role will involve promoting independence and enhancing the overall quality of life for these individuals. Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time, part-time, or on-call positions.

  • Available Schedules: Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM OR Saturday & Sunday from 2 PM to 10 PM
  • Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Your Impact:

As a vital member of our team, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities in various areas, including:

  • Encouraging hobbies and recreational pursuits
  • Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and personal care
  • Supporting medical appointments and medication management
  • Fostering independent living skills
  • Offering education and problem-solving opportunities related to safety, social interactions, and self-advocacy
