C4 Technical Services is seeking a skilled Telecom Instructor to join our team. As a Telecom Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching courses on existing FNC products (hardware and software) and developing a detailed understanding of the function and operation of Fujitsu products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, labs, and assignments using various teaching methods and tools.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, progress, and learning outcomes using quizzes, tests, projects, and portfolios.
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and address their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with other instructors, coordinators, and staff to ensure the quality and consistency of the courses and programs.
- Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- A strong command of the subject matter and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students of different experience levels.
- Independent/self-reliant, team player who can adapt to change quickly.
