Job Title: Nutrition Services Dietitian

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Services Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in building trusting relationships with patients and their families, utilizing dietary education and planning to directly impact their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete patient assessments to understand their nutritional needs and develop personalized plans
  • Create and implement patient-specific nutritional plans to promote optimal health and well-being
  • Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state)
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred
