The role also emphasizes enhancing and sustaining the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal operational efficiency of all equipment.

- Perform regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
- Inspect and identify malfunctions in machinery and systems.
- Manage contractor services for specialized repairs.
- Oversee building maintenance tasks.
- Install new equipment as required.
- Operate mobile equipment within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in preventative maintenance techniques.
- Ability to repair various types of production and facility equipment.
- Strong inspection skills for detecting malfunctions.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.

This position is classified as Contract-to-Hire, requiring a commitment of 960 hours.
Work EnvironmentThis role is performed entirely on-site. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with frequent opportunities for overtime during the week and on weekends. The work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures, elevated noise levels necessitating hearing protection, heights, and various fluids (oils, greases, paints, solvents). The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
