Swimming Pool Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the swimming pool area, delivering an exceptional experience to all guests. This role requires outstanding customer service skills to provide friendly and attentive assistance with towels and other poolside amenities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enforce all pool regulations to guarantee guest safety.
• Monitor pool activities and intervene as necessary to prevent accidents or unsafe conduct.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service to all pool visitors.
• Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, collecting used towels, and removing trash to maintain a clean and inviting pool area.
• Monitor and restock poolside amenities such as towels, sunscreen, and seating arrangements.
• Collaborate with team members, including maintenance staff and front desk personnel, to ensure smooth operations of the pool area.
• Complete all mandatory training and compliance courses as assigned by the company.
• Adhere to company standards and comply with all policies and procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Less than a high school education is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

No prior experience or training is necessary.

No supervisory experience is required.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not involve any supervisory responsibilities.
