POSITION SUMMARY

The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of the swimming pool area. This role involves delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience while utilizing pool facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enforce all pool safety regulations to protect guests.
• Observe pool activities and take action to prevent accidents or unsafe practices.
• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to all pool patrons.
• Conduct routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, collecting used towels, and removing litter to maintain a tidy pool environment.
• Monitor and restock poolside supplies such as towels, sunscreen, and seating arrangements.
• Collaborate with other staff members, including maintenance and front desk personnel, to ensure smooth operations within the pool area.
• Complete all mandatory training and compliance courses as required by the company.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Less than a high school diploma is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
