At Avita Community Partners, we are committed to providing high-quality care to individuals in need. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in our team, working with children and adolescents in a school and outpatient setting.



**Key Responsibilities:**



* Provide individual counseling, diagnostic assessments, group therapy, and family counseling to clients.



* Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.



* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.



* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.



* Participate in regular clinical care team meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices.



* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.



**Requirements:**



* Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.



* Eligible for Associate License in Georgia (LAMFT, LAPC, or LMSW) within 6 months of hire.



* Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in a related field, or Associate Licensed (LMSW, LAMFT, or LAPC).



**Benefits:**



* Competitive salary range: $38,000 - $55,000.
