We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA.
About the Role:As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluating patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred).
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
