Billing and Subcontract Coordinator

Marous Brothers Construction is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing and Subcontract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing monthly client billings, managing subcontractor A/P invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to review and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify supporting documents required by contract and prepare miscellaneous invoices as needed.
• Assist Project Managers in collecting A/R and improving the overall DSO metric.
• Review, enter, and pay subcontractor invoices in accordance with company policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle all calls and requests relating to accounts payable to subcontractors and project managers.

• High School Graduate
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on billing and subcontract administration.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Windows environment, with a plus for Viewpoint software.
• Excellent math aptitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
