Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing SLP services to students in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- SLP Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills and ensure a cohesive approach to their education.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports to track student progress and inform future interventions.
- Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Active SLP license in the state of Texas.
