Role: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Type: Full-Time, Full School Year

Locations: Multiple Campuses

About the Role: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with communication disorders at various campuses. This position involves assessing students' speech and language needs, developing individualized education programs, and providing therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs to address students' needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure student goals are met
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and apply this knowledge to improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
