Key Responsibilities

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Experience in evaluating equipment, product, and process development, solving production problems, and applying Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
