Qualigence is seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the mixing of 300 gal. batches of various formulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial mixers, vacuum pumps, dust collectors, scales, and tank presses to convert raw materials into finished sealants and adhesives.
  • Read and follow batch sheets to ensure accurate mixing and production.
  • Locate, weigh, and add the proper raw materials to mixing vessels.
  • Clean the mixer, all parts, and mixing cans according to training procedures.
  • Properly label containers and record production on a daily production sheet.
  • Collect lab samples of each batch for quality control purposes.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
  • Comprehension of verbal and written instructions, including SOPs, batch records, and policies.
