Job Title: Aviation Civil Engineer Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team at Woolpert. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on projects focused on airport development and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project profit/loss and identify, address, and resolve project issues
  • Analyze project resource needs and work with partners to determine budget and resource allocation
  • Develop detailed project scope, schedules, and plans
  • Communicate client needs and expectations
  • Negotiate project schedule, fee, and scope
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and set up project data within internal systems
  • Conduct project status update meetings to communicate, address, and resolve project issues
  • Ensure client collections are performed in a timely manner
  • Manage project documentation and filing system
  • Ensure project QA/QC is performed

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of Six (6) years of related Project Management experience or Ten (10) years of related experience
  • Typically manage a Net Revenue of $2m to $6m+
  • Must have current Professional Registration (PE) in Missouri
  • Must have advanced industry and solution knowledge
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be able to travel to meet the needs and demands of the project
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships

Travel:

  • Minimum travel expectation of 10%

Compensation:

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Compensation offered will be based on factors such as individual education, experience, qualifications, skillset, and/or location.
